“I had a great visit with my new primary care doctor last week, she was excellent. The ladies in the lab on Tuesday were amazing as well.
I did have to return to the lab today and only interacted with Trisha N. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same positive experience as my previous visits. She repeatedly told me to “wait behind the sign,” even though I was already standing behind it near the door. She said several times that I needed to protect patient privacy, but didn’t clarify what she meant until the third time, when she explained I needed to wait to be called up. Her tone felt unnecessarily hostile, and it wasn’t appreciated.”
