“I had a great visit with my new primary care doctor last week, she was excellent. The ladies in the lab on Tuesday were amazing as well.

I did have to return to the lab today and only interacted with Trisha N. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same positive experience as my previous visits. She repeatedly told me to “wait behind the sign,” even though I was already standing behind it near the door. She said several times that I needed to protect patient privacy, but didn’t clarify what she meant until the third time, when she explained I needed to wait to be called up. Her tone felt unnecessarily hostile, and it wasn’t appreciated.“

“I had to receive some unfortunate news during my visit, and I could not have asked for a better doctor and nurse to deliver it to me. Both of them handled it really gracefully while I was trying to keep my composure and act cool. They were serious when they needed to be, and laughed with me when I needed them to. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, seen many different doctors and nurses, the people the currently have in immediate care are incredible. Finding someone in healthcare that doesn’t feel cold and callous is increasingly rare, and I’m glad I know we have people here that you can actually rely on. They’ve referred me to good specialists, taken any pain seriously, kept me updated on everything AND given me resources for further follow up appointments outside of their clinic. “I have been seeing the same 2 Doctors for the last 6 years and am very happy with them both. They are professional, kind, knowlegable, and will actually take the time to listen no matter how long. They are very thorough and give top quality care. The medical assistants have been cheerful and bring a positive energy, making the visit more pleasant. The front desk staff have always been friendly and professional in person or by phone with little or no wait to be checked in, then only about 5-10 minutes to see doctor. I am very happy here and plan to stay for many more years.“
