“My sweet 6yo cat Olive had never really had any experiences at the vet until she ended up needing a very extensive surgery to remove some tumors in her mammary glands. I did a lot of research having never seen any vets in the Seattle area before and eventually chose Rainier for Olive's care. The whole team treated her (and me!) with such kindness and they are always excited to see her, and they were very clear and informative about her prognosis, the surgery recovery process, and the next steps we should take if the tumors ended up being cancer. They did an excellent job with the surgery itself, even spaying her at the same time so we didn't need to go through two separate surgeries, and afterwards when she tore open part of her stitches they saw us at very last minute notice to check the incision site and provided additional antibiotics at no cost. Luckily she ended up beating the odds and her tumors were benign but even if the worst case scenario would have happened I would have trusted no other vet clinic to care for her after the amazing experiences we have had there so far. They are very transparent about pricing and I have never felt like they are charging me extra just because they can. Every single doctor, vet tech, and receptionist I have encountered there is always pleasant, helpful, and happy to see Olive come through the doors. Would recommend to anyone looking for a skilled, reasonably priced, and compassionate vet clinic!”

The doctor truly listened, addressed every concern, and took all of my worries into consideration.<br><br>My dog, Armani, is very anxious, and this procedure was completely new to him — yet the team made him feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. After his dental cleaning and teeth removal, he’s acting like nothing even happened. No pain, no oozing, great appetite, and back to his playful self. I was expecting to have about 5 teeth removed, but they were meticulously checked with x rays and exam and the team removed only 3 as 2 others are actually healthier than I expected.<br><br>They also have done a comprehensive bloodwork panel and made sure his health is in a good shape. My dog gets bruised easily, so bloodwork was done very gently and from the back leg as I requested.<br><br>I’m honestly in shock at how smooth his recovery has been. Even after being under anesthesia, he is better than ever. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome and will definitely be back! Thank you team, I am very very happy we found you!”
