Always friendly and compassionate with pets and their families. We have been going to Dr. Deal for years. She always listens carefully to your concerns and observations when making a diagnosis. The support staff is very knowledgeable and treat your pets like their own. The administrative staff listens to any billing problems and works to resolve them.

From the front counter personnel to meeting the Vet each person was so sweet they addressed my concerns about my cat and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this Veterinary Animal Hospital.

I took my dog there for the first time today, and while the staff and veterinarian were all very nice and caring, they forgot to mention something when I booked the appointment: that same day visits are more expensive. That's an important piece of information to be left out.I called because my dog has an ear infection. I was offered a same day appointment, and since all the vets I have been so far have never charged more for same day appointments and because they had an opening, I took the appointment.When I was already there the tech vet informed me that same day appointments are more expensive.
