We had to bring in our pup Dakota after noticing a lump on her rear jaw/neck and being referred to this vet by our regular one that isn’t a “full service” clinic. While I was a bit nervous at first, the staff were all very friendly and compassionate during the scheduling, rooming, evaluation and treatment planning. I appreciated that Dr Edwards was very prompt, to the point, and had a plan of action quickly. For any other needs that our regular vet cannot accommodate, we will be back to Green River. Thank you to Dr Edwards and your staff.

The customer service is the best I’ve ever had at a veterinarian, and the doctor is really great. He was thorough, took my concerns seriously and explained everything to me. He never once dismissed my senior dog’s problems as just being because she’s an “old dog” like my previous vet. He even caught something important that my previous vet missed and told me how to address it. I had my boyfriend switch his cat here and the doctor ended up saving her life by discovering an aggressive cancer under her tongue and successfully removing it without paralyzing her tongue. The cancer hasn’t come back! I am so glad I found this place, and so are my pets.

We haven't been seen here since we had a somewhat emergency situation and they were scheduling a week out. But I called a few minutes to closing on a Saturday and the person who answered was extremely helpful, talked to the vet and was able to give us good advice despite us not being patients. Very helpful.
