I had an excellent experience working with Sydney, who went above and beyond to help me obtain my dog’s international health certificate. There was an unexpected service outage with the USDA, a separate government agency and completely outside of their control, but Sydney proactively coordinated and escalated the issue to make sure everything was completed correctly and on time. I’m incredibly grateful for her responsiveness, communication, and dedication!
Dr Pacheco and James (I believe the vet tech) provided excellent care and customer service. Of the years I have been going to this practice, they have made me feel the most comfortable and confident in the decisions that were being made. After seeing multiple other providers, I have considered switching vets after feeling like I was talked down on and not being given a chance to speak my mind when going over treatment (mainly with Dr Dolinko) but these two definitely changed my mind. They explained each medication and test thoroughly which was greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond when discussing next steps and ensuring there were no gaps in communication. I received high-quality care at a reasonable price. The staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me find solutions that avoided unnecessary expenses. Above all, they demonstrated kindness and gentleness while working with my very nervous, little dogs.
