    As a participant in both the Strength Class and Boot-Camp run by Heather Delany of the Northwest Fitness Gym, I have nothing but high praise for Heather, the gym and the work-outs. Heather is a coach who can spot muscle weaknesses and provide exercises to eliminate those weaknesses while increasing the participants strength and endurance. Heather knows how much to push and coaches each participant to his/her best performance. The pay as you go plan means you don't have to put out money to join a gym that you don't use.
