A&R was prompt, professional, and did a great job! They were easy to work with and communicative. The only delay was caused by me hemming and hawing about the good options he provided to me for replacing my heat pump. Once I made up my mind, Robert worked around my schedule to get the job done. When he and his apprentice got to my house, they were in and out in about 3 hours. Great turnaround time, in my opinion. I would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work!

I met with Caroline Joy! She was a breath of very knowledgeable fresh air. She listened to me look over all my hair and then performed an awesome reshape and trim. She was totally delightful and I am coming back in 4 weeks for her to give me new highlights. She also was quite know about the products this salon uses for their services.
Bee has been my go to nail person for over a year. My polygel is always spot on and the shape! I would never have imagined that an oval shape would look good on my hands until Bee suggested it one day. Best suggestion ever. Bee does outstanding nail art on top of keeping my nails beautiful.

Mike did an amazing Organic Spa Pedicure! I live in a tiny town in North Idaho & noone there can do anywhere near the amazing job he did. Kim is a great listener and gave me an outstanding hairstyle. This was my first time going there, I was going to a wedding and was kind of nervous...I had a photo for a guideline & described I wanted it short, soft, and textured. (My hair NEEDS to be textured or it just lays flat)
I've had stylists say they heard what I mean and understand what I want, and when they turned me back to the mirror, I looked like a peeled onion. Just short, spikey with no movement, at all.

Stopped by Nite Owl while we were in town on vacation. I arrived about an hour before closing (unknowingly) and asked if they did walk ins. The owner Will said they could, but it just depended on the piece, but might be able to get something sketched out. Unfortunately I was on kind of a time crunch as we weren't going to be in the area after today. I gave him my idea, as I wasn't looking at doing flash, and within an hour he had the stencil drawn and inked on my leg. Whats crazy is it didnt feel or come out looking rushed, it just felt like a professional doing their job with skill. Very friendly and very skilled artist. If we ever come back to the area I will definitely be back. Thanks Will!

Matt installed two automatic Kohler generators for me in 2022. One for my rental earlier that year and one for my house after I got smart that I should have one too. They have been great investments and improvements on both properties, and I have nothing but good things to say about how the work was done. Matt is thoughtful, smart, genuine, and all the way around he does great work. He checks on my generators every year to make sure they are working well and I have never had an issue with either. They work beautifully, and are actually working right now, which is prompting me to take a minute to write this overdue review. The power on the island has been out for two days and all is good at my place! After years of dealing with wiring and rigging up generators I don’t worry anymore and I don’t have to worry about renters not having power either. If you can get him, I highly recommend hiring Matt. I am so impressed with Harbor Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning! Susan was wonderful on the phone explaining their services and pricing and gave me a great quote quickly. They also got me scheduled fast! Tim was early to the job, friendly, polite, and worked very hard. He was fast, yet extremely thorough and was very respectful of the home. And wow! Was everything incredibly clean! Love Dr. Berner and his right hand person LeaAnn! The atmosphere is soothing, Lee Ann is knowledgeable about everything. And then there is Dr. Berner - he puts your at ease right away and NO PAIN! Then -when he referred me out to an oral surgeon, the oral surgeon highly complemented Dr. Berner, saying he really knew his field and trusted him. Love this Dr!!

I have found a new doctor after years of searching! I am 30 weeks pregnant. I could barely walk into Docs office yesterday. My right hip was completely off centered. I had just gone to another Dr the day before and they claimed they adjusted it but had not. I called, same day appointment and that blew my mind. I was in less pain the moment I was adjusted. This morning I fully expected to wake up hobbling. I'm not though, I'm walking!!!! This man truly cares about not only his practice but his patients. He is also very affordable for any budget. He made another long term patient. There is nothing like being able to walk without pain.
Very caring doctor! It’s also nice that they take VA health care as a coverage. He takes his time with adjustments and listens to you when you tell him what’s been bothering you. It feels like he cares!
I didn’t expect the level of customer service that I got. Bravo!!!
Once okay took care of one of my cats having an emergency. They even made custom medicine just for my kitty so she will heal faster.
