I really appreciated their availability on a Saturday last minute for someone that is not a current client (because I don’t live on Whidbey). My dog was stung by a bee and was swelling really fast in his face which was scary to be on Whidbey far from 24/7 hr hospitals. The doctor and staff were so kind and compassionate during the scary situation. Hope I never need to come back given our regular vet is off island, but had to leave a review because I had such a great experience. Thank you!!

The wait times are similar to a regular doctors office. Staff are great, wonderful care. Great facilities. Just wish it didn't take so long. They do explain that there was an emergency, and I understand that. Just stinks because it can be stressful.

My dog is always so nervous at the vet. Best Friends Vet are so sweet and patient with him to make sure he was as relaxed as possible. So happy to have found them when we moved here 2 years ago.
