“Kim is a great listener and gave me an outstanding hairstyle. This was my first time going there, I was going to a wedding and was kind of nervous...I had a photo for a guideline & described I wanted it short, soft, and textured. (My hair NEEDS to be textured or it just lays flat)
I've had stylists say they heard what I mean and understand what I want, and when they turned me back to the mirror, I looked like a peeled onion. Just short, spikey with no movement, at all.
