Rusty is absolutely phenomenal!!! Such an amazing addition to the tattoo shop. I have seen him quite a few times, and every single time has been flawless and nothing but Professionalism, consistency, and excellent service! So glad he came to whidbey 10/10HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Got my nipples pierced by Rusty just under a week ago now and I cant recommend him enought! I was super nervous knowing it was sensitive area. And I couldn't think of anyone better to go to! I've been going to him for years even when he was at the last shop and I dont trust anyone more for my piercing needs!! Super professional and super kind!

Dustin did a tattoo for me while I was in Oak Harbor for a vacation. It was the most relaxing part of my trip and this guy can tattoo. The healing process was better than any tattoo I have got and it looks amazing. Would give him 10 stars if it was an option.
