I can’t even explain how amazing my experience was. My hairstylist was Ashley, not only did she make me feel comfortable from the start but she made me look absolutely gorgeous. My experience started with me walking into a luxurious space which made me feel safe an welcomed. Their customer service is absolutely impeccable, Ashley welcomed me at the front desk, once i told her my name she gave me radiant energy and guided me to her chair, she took her time to specifically know exactly what I wanted and gave me respectful suggestions (which I was all for considering she was so kind to me) I took her suggestions and ran with it! Edit: Owner (Wendi) called and was very polite and offered a service based on my experience. I appreciate this and it shows they care about their customers. Thank you for the phone call ?I had scheduled a hair appointment based on how awesome a coworker’s hair turned out after getting styled here. I loved how my hair color turned out but I had two issues with my experience. I wish they would disclose when scheduling you with a stylist if they are an apprentice or not. I did not realize it is a styling school and I sat at the hair washing chair for at least 45 min waiting for someone else to blow dry my hair. I had a amazing experience with Ashley, she was very knowledgeable, skilled, very friendly and professional. I showed the hair style I wanted, we discussed about what was possible and what made sense, I’m really happy with my haircut and I’m definitely coming back . The ambiance was nice and the staff is very welcoming.Thank you!
