Fairly new to Oak Harbor. Did not have great expectations of finding a salon as good as my last one. Kim at Hair Happenings completely overturned those expectations. Her expert and talent was very evident when she finished. Highly recommend her and Hair Happenings!

I set up an appointment for my nephew which was at 230pm instead of 10am. We were still able to get his cut due to someone else not showing up. I am glad we did. He loves his cut and said the barber was nice.Great price. Great cut.Service: Haircut
