“I live in SE Auburn and we had what looked like a tripped breaker at home. When I looked at the breaker in question, it wasn't tripped. I used a multi-meter to test the breaker and it was good. I was stumped.<br>I called Ostlund Electric and they sent Robert right out.<br><br>He soon figured out that the issue was a faulty outlet. He also found another issue with an outlet on the same breaker. A third outlet powered the clothes washing machine. Robert replaced it with a GFCI outlet to bring it up to code.<br><br>Overall, I was very happy with their service and would recommend them. Their rate as of May 2026 was $140 per hour. I wanted to use a business located in Auburn itself to avoid any possible travel fees. I got screwed on that with a prior electrician located in Buckley.”

“Looking for an electrician close to me, I found Alltech on the Better Business Bureau site. We had a breaker that started tripping in our old house. ken was able to schedule us quickly, assess the panel and provide a 4 step plan of action.<br>Step1-Check load on breaker --not the problem<br>Step 2-Check outlets --found a couple crumbling outlets and a couple with loose connections.<br>We decided to wait and see of step 2 fixed the problem. It did not. Ken & Kenny were back quickly after my call to proceed with<br>Step 3-Replace breaker --this worked. Did not have to use:<br>Step 4-Start checking wires.<br>These two are so easy to work with that I had them replace some additional outlets and old ceramic light fixtures on their 2nd trip.<br>So glad I called Alltech first! I am adding them to my team of home maintenance professionals!”

“I'm updating my review because, although what happened cannot be undone, the phone call that I received from Jesse was an attempt to make it right, and I appreciate his honesty and willingness to try to accommodate my needs. As I said, mistakes happen and Jesse owned up to the mistake on the part of his staff, and even offered to pay my bill. I didn't take him up on his offer because thats not what I was expecting and it just didn't feel right. I just value his honesty.I called this company on Jan 27 because I had lost electricity in half of my house. The soonest they could get me in was Feb 24. Since there were no other ones available I scheduled the appointment for 1130. Feb 24th arrives and noone shows up at 1130. I start thinking maybe I got the time wrong and it was supposed to be 130. So I wait. 130 comes and goes and still noone shows up. So I call their office. The person I talk to confirms all my information is in their system,, but tells me there was no appointment! Ive never been a customer so how did they get my information? She was apologetic and blamed it on "miscommunication" but it was an error on their part. She says she can get me on the schedule for Mar 5, which means another week. I know mistakes happen but don't try to make it seem like I misunderstood. You just failed to follow through.”
