Since there were no other ones available I scheduled the appointment for 1130. Feb 24th arrives and noone shows up at 1130. I start thinking maybe I got the time wrong and it was supposed to be 130. So I wait. 130 comes and goes and still noone shows up. So I call their office. The person I talk to confirms all my information is in their system,, but tells me there was no appointment! Ive never been a customer so how did they get my information? She was apologetic and blamed it on "miscommunication" but it was an error on their part. She says she can get me on the schedule for Mar 5, which means another week. I know mistakes happen but don't try to make it seem like I misunderstood. You just failed to follow through.“
