Everyone we've ever dealt with at this company have been great! Kind, friendly and professional... from scheduling on the phone with Chelsea to the technician Denis who did the install today.
He made sure that I was happy with the placement of the light fixture.
The pieces didn't seem to fit quite right at first, but he figured it out and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

We have used Kanon Electric for a couple of large projects in the past and have always been very happy with their work. They have consistently been professional, courteous, and great to work with.
While our most recent project did not go as planned, what really stood out was how Kanon responded and backed up their promise of a “satisfaction guarantee.” Bryan did an excellent job addressing and correcting the issues from the original work, and we were very impressed with the time and effort he put into making things right. Owner Jim also personally met with us to review everything and make sure my wife and I were satisfied with the outcome.
