“Although I waited weeks to get an estimate from his employee, Gary (the owner) personally called me and set a time to quote the job himself. He informed me that his employee was planning to go off on his own and hasn’t been very responsive. I was ready to take off and try to find another electrician and he gave me a very fair bid and came over on his day off to complete the job. He and his other employee finished the job and it looks/works great! He took care of our project for us regardless of the issues and I respect that. It’s time to lose the unprofessional employees because they make you look very bad.“
