“Our AC died in the beginning of July, and after getting a few quotes, we chose Air Control to do the job because the quote was reasonable and they took the time to ask questions about our system that no one else did (how many vents we had, were there issues with airflow in any of the rooms, etc.). The warranty is also amazing! (12 years for parts AND labor on our system)

They were able to get us on the schedule quickly after we accepted their quote and they were able to rip the old system (compressor, summit, and furnace) out and the new one rather quickly. The crew was polite and professional, they took the time to show me how to use the new system, and they left things very clean when done. I'd 100% recommend them!

On a completely related side note, our house has never been this cool in the 23 years we've lived here. Every room is now the same temperature! We're so glad that we went with the Daikin Fit system... it's awesome!“

“Came home from work to find my kitchen sink and toilets all backed up. Called Raptor Rooter to schedule an emergency appt, (because what family can go overnight without working toilets) and was told the technician would be calling soon. Within 15 mins, Brandon called and 30 minutes after that was already in my home diagnosing my problem. Told me the issue, what he would need to do, and gave me the cost up front. They are spendy, but you get what you pay for. Brandon was very thorough and made sure everything was cleared out and working as it should, before putting everything back together and leaving all areas as clean as he found them. “I initially gave a one star review after Fred’s Appliance Design Center brushed me off over multiple repairs and GE determining that the dryer Fred’s sold and worked on so many times was actually never vented correctly. Fred’s cited J&J Plumbing as their installer. It turned out that Fred’s lied about who they contracted with on the installation which put J&J in a terrible position for a while. The owners at J&J were courteous and patient during the time it took Fred’s Appliance to resolve the matter.“
