They were great! They also found a BULL snake (confirmed by a snake expert who found two more bull snakes). Bull snakes eat mice and they Are not aggressive or poisonous but it told me that I should have the snake experts help me plug the holes so the mice and Bull Snakes can’t get in ! I signed up for the raptor plan to do a yearly check on the plumbing since the house is getting up there in years Great People I will give them an excellent rating! A very pleased customer! “Smith did amazing work for me this week. Stipulations in a sale agreement for my home requires that I had my furnace and AC inspected and cleaned. I could not get anybody to do the work. One company said they were booked solid. Two companies didn’t even bother to call me back! When I spoke with Lisa at Smith, she was helpful, sympathetic, and willing to get me scheduled prior to my closing date. I had two technicians, Jon (AC) and Andrew (furnace). These guys were friendly, kind, and good communicators. One awesome aspect of the transaction is that I got text updates prior to their arrival, so I knew when to expect them. Jon got waylaid at the job before me and he was courteous enough to call and let me know. This is extraordinary customer service. Highly recommend!“

“Honest, excellent plumbers! Piper did the original plumbing when my home was built 3 years ago. This past summer we decided to swap out the tub in our master bath. We replaced a freestanding tub with a drop in tub. I built the frame for the tub. I supplied the new tub. I had three plumbers give bids. One bid was $3400. One was $3000. Perry and Trent from Piper did the job for $800. They were here when they said. The spent the exact time that they said they would. There were no "surprise" charges. I am always looking for honest, competent contractors. Piper will be at the top of my list.“

“We have had Epic Electric as our HVAC and electrical service company since we moved to the Spokane area over 3 years ago when buying a house here. They have completely rewired our manufactured home, installing a newer, larger and safer circuit breaker panel and other improvements. Just recently they installed an entirely new type of HVAC system which has individual units in each room. This will be a big improvement over the older manufactured home system of an HVAC system at one end of the house and a single duct to move air to all rooms. The installation went great and the system works very good. We are very pleased with the service.“

“Saturday morning we had a problem with our 8 year old "Moen Single Handle Posi-Temp Pressure Balanced Valve". The valve had been getting hard to turn on cold mornings, which sounds strange. But, we should have had it fixed a long time ago, but most of the time it worked just fine. But, Saturday morning it got down to 12 below zero not counting the wind chill, and when I tried to turn on the shower the handle was stuck, I turned on it to make it go, which was a mistake, and it turned but no water. So, I called ABC that morning and John answered the phone, and scheduled an appointment for him to come over on his next normal business day, or Monday. But, Sunday 1 pm on Sunday I heard the water running in the shower, and could not get the shower valve to turn it off. So, I turned off the main water valve for the entire house and called ABC and left a message that I was now without water and if they could call back or come out first thing Monday it would be very appreciated. About an hour later John from ABC called me back, we spoke on the phone. I said paying weekend OT rates at this point would be acceptable because at this point we were without running water in the home, John said he would be there as soon as he took care of a couple of things. John called me back a few minutes later and said he was on his way, and he showed up at the house within a half an hour.The Shower Valve Cartridge was broken, and needed special tools to be removed, which John had in his large van. John had the shower valve repaired with an OEM Posi-Temp cartridge and we had our water back on in about an hour. John is friendly and professional, with excellent workmanship done at a very fair price. We will be sure to call John at ABC in the future.“
