I recently purchased a 10 x 12 ft metal gazebo on line including setup services. The gazebo arrived but I have been waiting for over a month of failed promises and 6 computerized rescheduled service setup dates with no end in sight.
I contacted Modernized Exteriors and was delighted to be able to talk to Cameron. Not only is he an actual, knowledgeable person but he analyzed my needs and scheduled a setup date.

“I had R&L replace 8 windows and an exterior door in my home. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Their quote was very affordable and they got the whole job done in a day. The customer service was great the whole time. I had some minor shrinking around the caulking around the windows during the first winter and they came out to touch it up right away, no charge.
