Good availability --we were able to schedule for the day after we called. Prompt, friendly service with great communication (called about an hour ahead with an updated, more specific arrival time). We were thrilled that after only about 10 min of adjustments, our sliding door that had been sticking badly was running smoothly again. We had been suspicious that it might be more serious issues related to some recent work on the adjacent deck and the underlying beam! Then he did not even bill us, saying there'e no charge for the inspection appointment. Wow! Great company and I would call again if we have issues in the future.

My experience with ACE was fantastic! Pedram answered my call when I had a faulty window. An appointment was made and Pedram called to confirm our time.
Once here, we discussed the problem and he was able to fix the issue for me. I will certainly be calling him for the remainder of my other problematic windows. Thank you again Pedram.
Professional and nice guy.

Ace Glass did an excellent job replacing a mirror glass for me. It turns out it is very hard to get mirror glass, and they took all of the hassle out of it. I would highly recommend Ace Glass.
