“Puppy love is great and my dogs (corgi and schnauzer) love them. Unfortunately it just isn’t for us anymore. We have a busy household and it has been difficult to track and manage appointments for us. This is not the groomers fault at all and we wish we could continue going. They do not send out reminders or allow for online booking, which can make it difficult for us. If you are better organized, then this is your place ? They will treat your dogs well and give a beautiful groom.“

Krista is a highly skilled professional who was so gentle and kind to Rosie. And all the team members I encountered in the store were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store and team :)“

“Pet Parlor is my preferred grooming spot for my mini goldendoodle. I used to take him to an alternative spot, but they charged nearly double for the same service. I feel like they really take care to know what you are expecting out of the groom. I reduced by one star because the last two times I’ve dropped him off, they didn’t call me when he was finished and I had to call in at the 3-hour mark to check if he was done. Regardless, he always comes back looking fresh and smelling clean. My favorite is when they give his tail a little lion puff at the end! Attached a before and after photo of his groom.“

“The staff is very friendly here & Dr Mulvaney has been great helping to get my kitty healthy from some GI issues she’s been having. She takes the time to explain things clearly & doesn’t make you feel like the visit is being rushed & takes the time to answer questions & concerns. I appreciate that so much because I know what it’s like when you have a million things to do at work! Highly recommend this practice.“

“Found this place on the Internet as I was planning my trip to Seattle. We travel with two service dogs, but there is occasion that we can’t take them everywhere we go. We left them for the day after having a meet and greet on Wednesday evening and we’re very impressed. I got pictures and updates during the day as I toured the space needle and the glass museum. They had a wonderful time and Nikita and Helen were just the best. I only wish I lived closer so they could come more frequently. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling to Seattle and you need a safe place to board your dogs this is it. Thank you, Nikita and Helen for taking such good care of my babies.“

“I brought my 15 year old husky in yesterday without an appointment on a day that required appointments. The person working was incredibly accommodating when he realized that my situation was dire (our dog had slipped in some poo and was very dirty and stinky). They walked me through all the steps of the wash and gave me access to the one with the ramp. I was able to get my old man all clean, dry, and smelling fresh. We will absolutely be back and highly highly recommend this business. Clean, helpful, and absolutely the best!“

“We've used them for a while now. One of our dogs goes for daycare, because she really needs to get energy out and we have used them for boarding for both of our dogs. The staff is great and the dogs really enjoy going.“

“Dr. Nicki Rosenhagen is the best. Very thoughtful and easy to talk to. The clinic is reasonably priced and always helpful. Walk in appts on Saturday is very convenient when something pops up and you need an appt quickly.“

“After a long flight, I needed a place for my cat to stay the night, as our host was allergic to cats. I was able to call them all the way from the other side of the country and be able to text them all of the information they needed for me to be able to board my cat with them, making the process incredibly easy. My cat was very happy staying the night at this pet hotel, and I would advise other pet parents to trust this business. Also, all of the other cats seemed very happy being in that environment; which, for a generally stressful environment, is wonderful.“

She’s seen a few groomers here and they’ve all have done a great job, most recently we’ve seen Ren who has been so consistent with the grooming! I really appreciate how much they care for Luna and she always seems happy to be there! The spa is super clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly. I’d highly recommend them!“

“I wasn't sure daycare would work for Trixie because she’s very shy, but Four-Legged Fun Zone took the time to really understand her. During her adjustment period, they even picked her up and brought her home so she didn’t have to handle a full day all at once, which made a huge difference.

I also trust them with both her baths and full grooming, so that made the transition even easier. Now she’s settled into a routine that works for her — she’s picked up by Pet Taxi in the mornings, and I pick her up in the afternoons. The flexibility and care they showed during her transition built a lot of trust for me. I’m incredibly grateful to have found a place that understands shy dogs and meets them where they are.“

She absolutely LOVES coming here — the second we drop her off, she runs straight in to play with the other dogs and greet the amazing staff without even looking back.

The team has always been caring, attentive, and wonderful to work with, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s happy and well cared for. “We had a great experience at The Dog Stop today. Our dog absolutely despises nail trims and manages to wiggle her way out of them every single time. Even our vet hasn’t been able to trim her nails, so we’ve been searching for someone who could help.
We decided to try The Dog Stop and were so pleasantly surprised. Logan was calm, patient, and clearly experienced. Not only was he able to trim her nails, but he also used the dremel to grind them, which we’ve never been able to accomplish before.
We’re incredibly relieved and grateful and have already scheduled our next appointment. Highly recommend, especially if you have a dog who struggles with nail trims!“
