Indu was amazing with my cranky chihuahua. After cutting and filing his nails to perfection he managed to thank her by biting her finger. I felt horrible but Indu was so gracious about it (thank you Indu for your understanding) I highly recommend Pampered Paws!
I moved to Bothell during Covid, and my previous groomer of 5 yrs retired. ? If you're a pet owner, you know the struggle... it was real. I tried a couple of groomers and tried grooming myself (not recommended ?). Indu is awesome and takes her time with your pooch.
Amazing, just amazing. Could not say this more. I was scared to take my puppy anywhere, given bad reviews almost every place I looked at. This owner is so kind with the dog, makes sure he/she is comfortable during their visit, and has treats for them. She definitely deserves more ratings on here and I'm glad I'm gonna be one of the very first ones which I hope to see become one of the biggest in the area. Take your puppy/dog here. If it's a drive, her work is well worth it as you can see. (He had a bowl of water after his grooming so his face is soaked at the moment) Booked a regular maintenance with her and he is excited to go back !
