Now she’s settled into a routine that works for her — she’s picked up by Pet Taxi in the mornings, and I pick her up in the afternoons. He immediately connected with my dog, Charlie, which gave me total confidence that Charlie was in great hands.
Austin clearly takes pride in his work and went above and beyond to make sure Charlie was comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire grooming process. The quality of the groom was excellent, and it was obvious that he paid attention to every detail.

One of the biggest advantages was the convenience. Having Austin come directly to my home was a huge time saver—I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of drop-offs or pick-ups like I did with previous groomers.

“Puppy love is great and my dogs (corgi and schnauzer) love them. Unfortunately it just isn’t for us anymore. We have a busy household and it has been difficult to track and manage appointments for us. This is not the groomers fault at all and we wish we could continue going. They do not send out reminders or allow for online booking, which can make it difficult for us. If you are better organized, then this is your place ? They will treat your dogs well and give a beautiful groom.“
