Shadow absolutely loves going to Doggy Haven for his grooming dates with Debbie. 🥰 We’ve been excepting happy customers over the past 5 years. Our miniature poodle is always so excited to see Debbie, even though he isn’t a fan of being groomed.
We could not love Doggy Haven more. Our dog Theo, who can be a little timid and hates car rides, wags his tail every time we load him up to go “see his friends” and he is super excited to see his human friends when he arrives. The staff treat him like their own and he loves all of the play time he gets with his doggy buddies. We especially appreciate that they make sure all of the dogs have up to date vaccines and tests so we know he’s safe from doggy sickness. Thank you Doggy Haven for the peace of mind we have knowing Theo is so well cared for when he’s with you.
Our Chihuahua mix is so happy boarding at Doggy Haven Resort! She gets lots of love and pets from the staff! She seems to get along well with the other dogs, although she is more interested in the staff. The intake form is super thorough and I appreciated the comprehensive requirements for vaccinations/ negative fecal and trial day. We loved receiving all the pictures from each daily doggy report card. It definitely put us at ease seeing pictures of her and knowing how her day was, how much she ate, etc.
They were very accommodating to changes in pickup/ drop-off. Our flight was delayed and we would have arrived for pickup after they closed. I called and Mary was...read full review
