In our case we needed Igor to correct the problems that we were left with a year before by another contractor. He identified the issues before we could point them out, one of the big ones was that the flooring color did not match the rest of the wood in our home. Work began in the next couple weeks and the workmanship and detail has been exceptional. Igor worked continuously until he had them prepped beautifully and then finished them with a three step Swedish finish. We cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed having Igor in our home. “We worked with Cruz Construction and Jose for an extensive, year-long home remodel, and we are very happy with the result. After talking to over a dozen contractors, Jose immediately stood out as kind, honest, transparent, and easy to talk to.

The scope of work was massive and complex, including nearly 2000 square feet of tile and heated floors, layout restructuring, full electrical and plumbing changes, custom millwork, and the installation of our kitchen cabinets and appliances.
