“My wife and I were recently having trouble with our furnace and thermostat that rendered our heating system in operable for the past 48 hours while it has been very cold. After a phone call to Pro-duct Air Heating. I was greeted by a very friendly customer service representative who was able to schedule my free diagnostic appointment for the following day at noon (Very fast turn around). The following day Eli Nikolin Arrived at my house and performed his diagnostic. He was able to point out a small wiring mistake that had been made and got my furnace working within 20 minutes. He was also able to identify several concerning issues with my HVAC system as well as provided me with estimates for several options to fulfill my needs.
