I got SO lucky when I called Bill's Glass! I had been calling around because I needed a single pane of glass on a single hung window (30'x24") on a 99 year old house in Lynnwood and everybody tried to pitch me on replacing all the windows with new insulated money saving systems. They had no interest in a single window repair.
I called Bill's and spoke with Cyndi (sp?) and she was pleasant and very helpful and offered to call one of the trucks to see if they were still in my area. Now don't expect the same kind of luck, but she called me back in 5 min, Dean and his assistant got here in less than 30 min, and talked me through the steps, got me a quote, and it was replaced in less than an hour! Now I am old and I usually feel I paid too much for things and services, but the quality of work and service was worth every cent. And less than 2 hrs from call to finish made my day!“

“I have used WES for over 13 years. They installed my generator and heat pump in our house when we moved in. They check our furnace/heat pump/generator regularly. We also use them for various and sundry electrical fixes, like the sump pump and garage lights. They also replaced our water heater (15 year old dev quality) and fixed the water step down from the street. They are very professional and bonded. They also do extra stuff like take the old generator to a neighbor down the road when they put in the new one. Their permits line our fuse box and they installed a whole house surge protector while they were doing another job, so $50 my cost. Thank you so much for helping this retired couple keep up with upkeep of our house.“
