“Fitsum performed the annual service on our gas furnace. We told him about prior issues we have had with the furnace, and he carefully and methodically assessed the system to ensure it was functioning properly. Fitsum is incredibly kind and clearly communicated the next steps in maintenance. We would recommend BelRed and Fitsum without reservation!
Update: We had a subsequent maintenance visit for our AC unit with Robel, who was equally wonderful! We are so happy to have found BelRed.”
Janes Radiant Heating
“I highly recommend Janes Radiant Heating. I spent weeks researching companies to replace my aging hydronic heating system and water heater, gathering multiple bids and meeting with several sales representatives. Aaron was the only project manager who gave me complete confidence from the start. Their pricing was transparent and fair. It came in at about half the cost of some of the predatory quotes I received, while still being competitive with the other reputable companies I was considering.
Scheduling was quick and easy, and I’m especially grateful they sent Josh for the installation. He was an excellent communicator, incredibly knowledgeable, and consistently put my mind at ease. I was out of town during the initial installation, but he kept me informed every step of the way with updates on the project’s progress.
When everything was complete, Josh recognized that I wanted to fully understand the new system. He patiently walked me through how it works and even let me record a short tutorial on my phone so I’d have it for future reference.
As a general contractor, I work with specialty trades on a regular basis and have high expectations for professionalism and quality. Janes Radiant Heating exceeded them. They’ve earned a permanent spot in my contacts and will be one of my first calls for future projects.”
