“Eric did a great job renovating our 1980’s house. He demolished a brick object (planter/fish tank stand??) in our sunken living room and raised the sunken living room so all floors are level; and installed hardwood and vinyl throughout the house. He took out a dropped ceiling in the kitchen, removed all popcorn ceilings, textured and painted the entire interior. He replaced all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and fixtures (except the dishwasher). He installed bathroom mirrors and bathroom and all light fixtures and fans throughout the house. He also installed a new front door, side door in garage and two sliders. For jobs he didn’t feel up to doing (refinishing the bathtubs, adding a vent in the roof, electrical), he knew who to hire. When a problem arose, Eric had good ideas about possible solutions. Just as important as his skill in doing a good job, we appreciated Eric’s honesty and integrity. We had no qualms about leaving for three weeks and letting Eric have the key to the house.”
