“Reached out to schedule an appointment to install Ring floodlight but they no longer work in my area. Most people would hang up after that. Although they were not able to help on my project, their website is excellent and they had a specific section on smart device install, so props to them for that. Instead, CSR Zachary offered to help me find an alternative company to help. He said he would send me some recommendations and I just assumed he was going to Google electricians and send me a random list, which I was going to do anyway, but instead, what I got was a list of recommendations tailored based on my specific need case, which was handling tall height installs. Not just one or two options but he sent like 5 highlighting reviews on yelp and ratings. Just amazing. Maybe he had AI help but regardless, I looked there as well and was not able to gather that level of info that quickly. So above and beyond. “They are now known as HP, or Hill Pierce Electric. My main pre installation interaction was with Eric Pierce and Sherri the office assistant. And they were top notch professionals and addressed all my questions and concerns. The estimate was 30% less than other places I got an estimate from, in part because he recommended an installation that didn't require another breaker panel to be installed, and their availability was great and no upcharge after installation. The installation was also done in a friendly and professional manner and extremely diligently. I was having a hardwired EV charger installed at 240v with a 60 amp breaker. The installer without my asking made sure that he installed a neutral wire so if in the future I needed to add a NEMA circuit I could and added a breakout panel for that. The conduit was done really well as well to be not intrusive in the garage. They also fixed another issue I was having on a lighting circuit in the house free of charge while present. Also they were aware of the tax credit I receive for EVSE's in WA and accepted the paperwork to not charge me state tax. Highly recommend HP electric!“

He fit us into his busy schedule and even finished the job on a weekend to make sure we completed sooner. We had an outage with a shared electricity control box that involved coordination with multiple owners and SCL. Robert was able to navigate through all of that on top of fixing it within the communicated time. I had another minor issue that his team was able to fix swiftly. I had a lot of work to be done to an old house with an old panel:
-new 200 Amps panel
-level 2 EV charger
-home surge protection
-generator plug outdoor with interlock in main panel
-heat pump hook up

Alfred stopped by quick, did a free consultation and estimate, answered all my questions via email in details, for a few days we discussed all the details and he provided different options with associated datasheets. (I'm a really picky customer :) ).

He recommended me to get an EV charger level 2 to take advantage of the rebate ending in February, I was not even aware of that.

He also worked with the city seamlessly and in a timely fashion. When the work was scheduled, his team showed up and in a day they did all the work without any assistance.

The whole installation looks great, the team has great attention to details and they have been really accommodating my asks.
