First of all, Wirecraft Electric is an incredible find. I have built one house and gutted another. At this point, I simply did not think this sort of Electrical Contractor existed. They don't try to upsell or enlarge jobs. They don't act like you are "too small" like the electricians who only work with contractors. They actually solve your problem.Second, their customer service is spot on. They are immediate on the phone and get you scheduled in. Fast! We neglected to get a bunch of bad outlets assessed and repaired for several years. Finally called several companies to try to get it looked at. Wire Craft was only charged $79 for someone to come take a look (other companies' base cost was just shy of $400), then quoted a single fee for the work to fix, which was still less than the other companies quoted to just come take a look. He fixed the problem in less than 2 hours, suggested and quoted swapping one of the breakers in the breaker box, did the work, and was still out of the house in under 2 hours. He was kind, professional, and said hi to our cat who was obsessed with him. All-in-all GREAT service! Thank you!
