We actually got referred to Ted and Cottage Electric by another electrical contractor who was too busy with commercial work at the time. We hired Cottage Electric to do a really large amount of both light fixture replacement and new lighting installation, primarily ceiling "cans" and two chandeliers. 1) Ted's bid was more than $2000 less than a competing bid we got from another company. 2) Over the course of two days Ted had one and sometimes two crews working on the house. They got an enormous amount of work done and completed the job in two days. 3) The crews all seemed to work well together, which made the atmosphere in the house.
