“EKB did our large kitchen and master bath remodel in 2020. It's held up extremely well. We called this year 2026 to find a replacement piece for our shower that we wanted and they were responsive, assisted to help us find the piece we needed, and even did a review of the work. They noticed a small spot by our tub where the grout had a small spot missing. They filled it quickly. EKB was great to work with during our remodel and have been great even after 6 years! I highly recommend them.“

“I called Rez Construction when I came to know that one of my buildings has been several damaged due to the wind storm in November 2024. From the get go, they were very responsive, understood the situation, quickly engaged with the work.
They coordinated with the insurance to get the ball rolling. They completed the work in under 3 months despite their busy schedule, especially given the amount of damage the building had.
Due to their effort, we were able to quickly move the business tenants back in, leading to minimal disruption to the business.

One thing I really appreciate with Reza is their timely response. In my previous experience with contractors, I find it very challenging to get hold of them, but was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness. Its so great to be able to call the contractor and get hold off them (not some receptionist without context or voicemails that never be returned).

The quality of the work is great and we passed all our inspections with flying colors on the first attempt. They did extra flooring work and paiting work that tenants requested, which was not in original scope.

Hopefully not, but if I ever encounter a tough situation such as this, I will certainly reach out to Rez Construction again.“

“I worked with Luxe Remodeling for my home remodel and Nasser (GC) and his team were absolutely the best! It was a full home remodel (2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, hand railing, replacing interior and exterior doors, remodeling two fireplaces, treating wall texture, full home repainting as well as LVP flooring and carpet).

The project was complex and involved removing multiple load bearing walls, as well as transferring the kitchen to make an open layout, nevertheless Nasser handled every stage of the project with great professionalism. All the way from the demolition stage, working under permit, framing, electrical and plumbing work, to the final touch ups, Nasser demonstrated great grasp of the many details that go in construction projects, knowledge of the city codes, and unmatched attention to details (even for details that get hidden behind the walls!!).

One thing I really enjoyed was not only how well Nasser supervised his team to ensure high quality craftsmanship, but how hands-on he was, working directly on many parts of the project himself and demonstrating his great experience. He’s a true magician!

During the project Nasser showed up on the job site Every-Single-Day!! Ensuring supervision for all work done at the home the entire time. Nasser also went above and beyond in supervising work that was done at the home outside our contract (e.g. HVAC system replacement, and building a french drain around the home).

At the start of the project we shared designs for what we aspire for our home interior design, and we got exactly what we dreamed of! Luxe remodeling is definitely now my go to recommendation for any future home improvement project!“

“We recently wrapped up on an extensive remodeling project complete with a revised second story bedroom, large balcony, new main level deck, and outdoor kitchen. We could not be happier with the finished product or with the experience we had with McAdams. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly and helpful. Further, there were no surprises along the way from start to finish with regard to scope of work or expense. Additionally, our project was tricky from a permitting perspective and we decided to do a complete landscaping project in tandem with our remodel. McAdams was willing to work with us and the landscaping company to sync our permits and carry out the work while coordinating project timing. McAdams delivered on all of their promises and their craftsmanship is excellent. At one point, we had something turn out slightly less than perfect and when we brought it to their attention, they completely revised it to make sure it met their standards.
