Experience of course varies a bit depending on which stylist you work with, but overall I’m a fan of Great Clips’ service model, especially the way they document your various preferences in their system so you can get very close to the same cut each time.

The staff is very friendly and the online check-in is super convenient. They have my preferred cut and style saved in my profile so they know what I like every time I go. I normally don't see the same stylus but everyone I've seen is attentive and friendly and does a great job.

I've been going to great clips for the last 12 years, and I have found many great styists. The trick for a good haircut is to find the stylist that works with your hair the best and stick with them.Jordan at the kennewick Great Clips has been my favorite stylist for the last 2 years. He is a great conversationalist and great at what he does.
