I am 4 months postpartum with my first baby and had an evaluation with Stephanie at 6 weeks PP. She is so encouraging and meets you where you’re at and gets results for you to reach your goals. I went from having pain to being able to run and workout again. My core feels stronger now than it had prior to the pregnancy.

“I would like to share my physical therapy rehabilitation at Olympic Sports ans Spine therapy in South Hill. I was referred there by my surgeon after breaking both of my ankles.
