We are very impressed with Life Care Center of South Hill, this facility is so well staffed.
The rooms are top notch and we are honestly blown away by the care and professionalism of everyone we have had the chance to come in contact with. The meals look very yummy and are delivered to our Mom hot. The grounds are beautiful. I would recommend a white board in the rooms with the current day/date and the activities for the day with Occupational and Physical Therapy. That way patients and or family friends would know what is going on.
I am impressed with the way everyone pays attention to my father's needs. Most of all they listen to him even though I know they are extremely busy but never act that way. They are understanding and do not hold his inappropriate behavior against him. Greeting him with a cheerful attitude and smile always.
What a great crew of providers..every need fullfilled,every pain managed and the physical therapy that was implemented was strongly helpful
Also the activities that were available kept my brother mentally active at his own pace
