“I have had severe lumbar spine issues for almost 10 years now. I cannot tell you how many physical therapists I have seen over the years and it was always a waste of my time and money. I had surgery on my back last year even and still have issues. Kinetic Sports and Physical Therapy with Dr. Ramos is the most effective treatment over the last 10 years. It’s MIND BLOWING! I highly recommend this place. I’ve also been able to reduce my use of pain killers because of the good outcome from coming here. Don’t go anywhere else… go here!!!!”

They were extremely thorough, kind, and patient with all my questions and two set backs. Adam was in great communication with my surgeon and advocated on my behalf to get a faster surgery date scheduled. Adam is super approachable and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to recovery time, strength exercises and possible risks. My daughter is a PT but not in the area, so I'm pretty particular with who I see.Also, the personal trainer working there, Paige Mueller is also excellent. “OSS is amazing! My kids and I have a genetic disorder and they have been nothing be wonderful to work with every time we come see them, which is a lot.<br><br>Special shout out to Tracy in billing! She's chipper and kind. Went above and beyond to get me the information I needed, and I actually looked forward to calling back and paying my bill because I knew I'd get to talk to her and start my day with a cheery hello. I pay a lot of medical bills to providers and she has been the best ever over the past 20+ years. Give this gal a raise!<br><br>We've seen PTs and OTs at this office and they are all wonderful. Our regular PT has been fantastic in communication and working with my teens to get them to do their PT and understand how important it is for them to do. Front desk: I haven't forgotten you! They work hard to schedule and work to make sure things fit your schedule. Really awesome group of people which make a difficult time in life much more bearable. You guys rock!”
