“A long overdue review that i have been meaning to write...
This company is great!! Last July on a Thursday night.. my water heater broke down all of a sudden. Friday morning I made a few calls, almost every company quoted me an egregious amount for the urgent replacement request or charged a service fee to come up and inspect my unit.. Dappers technician Alex York showed up. inspected the unit and gave me a lowest quote of all .. he even waived the service fee and gave me a hug (honestly i needed that) .. this guy is awesome!!! he spent 3-4 hours replacing the unit and even changed my plumbing so that maintenance is easy to do in the future.
Not to mention Heidi who handles front desk is awesome and was able to get me scheduled quickly (Thank you Heidi!!)“

“Our installer, Sam, did a great job. He replaced the broken pipe and cleaned up after the job. It looks great. Time will tell if the repair solves our problem. It was very expensive, over$9000. I don't know if it was fair or not.“
