She answered all of my questions, took great care of me, made great conversation, and made the whole appointment really welcoming and comfortable! The nurse was also so amazing and friendly!“

“Came here for the urgent care. I have a love hate for their hours. I hate that urgent care is only in the evenings but love that they have late hours. We came in when my daughter hurt her arm. They were able to do X-rays and confirm she did indeed break her arm. Staff was nice and were able to put a splint and then directed us to Seattle Childrens in Seattle. We have since been in for after care and once again, the staff has been fantastic. The clinic is clean and new. They def know how to work with littles!“
“Kaiser Permanente has handled my eye surgery.This location has excellent customer service and i feel that I've been treated well both during the intake process and while at the Ambulatory Surgery center.We had a child in tow and felt it was reasonably safe to take him with us.There are helpful people in stations to help direct you to your destination and lots of stations where products for safety are pretty accessible. Lots of hand sanitizer and the facility appears to be clean at a regular interval.“
“I arrived on a Thursday morning (05/11/2023) around 9:30AM for a pre-enployment drug screen. Front desk people were surprisingly super cool to check in with. Usually, it's a pair of miserable clerks at these type of places that want to make everybody else's day just as miserable. Very refreshing to experience for once. I got checked in and waited no longer than 10 minutes until my name was called. Again, SURPRISING. There were about 5 other people in the clinic. The "collector" was also pretty cool. She didn't act like an empty husk like I typically experience, and we talked like how regular people are supposed to talk. I was leaving when I walked past the front desk guy, and he told me to have a good day. Small thing, but it meant a lot to me in that setting. This place is dope lol. I've been to urgent-care clinics for a pre-employment drug screening about 5 times in my life, and this was, I repeat, a refreshing experience. Zero attitude. Wish I could've gotten their names to give them a shout out. I probably got lucky with a good set of employees that day.“
“Came in for a dog bite on my lip from one of my dogs after playing with him a bit too rough, and he got over excited. Saw a lot of people in the waiting room, so I thought the wait would be a while. After speaking to the front desk, they said it was going to be +90 min wait which I was expecting. They noticed my lip was still bleeding and it was a pretty deep wound, so they had put me in the emergency waiting list, which had me go back a lot sooner, which was really convenient. All the staff was super nice and informative. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!“
“The staffs at this clinic are very professional. You can walk-in/ check-in at the front desk with easy.I did not have an appointment to see urgent care. I walked in at 4:30 PM on Saturday, they need to finish up for they, so they scheduled me in for the next morning.I’m here seeing Alex, PA. He is great and very knowledgeable. He was able to see me, sent me for the X-ray, while he saw some other patients. He’s got at multi-tasking.“
“Great experience. The employees were fun, fast and friendly. Very up beat attitudes, as well as helpful and understanding. Never got a sense of urgency or they were trying to force me out, even coming 20 minutes until close. I remember one of the ladies even said " we'll stay here all night" I'm sure that was more of a joke. Either way. Great place, convenient location . Would use this office again“
