“Came to our clinic in the morning with a partial power failure in half the building, very perplexing and concerning because critical systems were down like the fire alarm and computers. “Looking for an electrician close to me, I found Alltech on the Better Business Bureau site. We had a breaker that started tripping in our old house. ken was able to schedule us quickly, assess the panel and provide a 4 step plan of action.
Step1-Check load on breaker --not the problem
Step 2-Check outlets --found a couple crumbling outlets and a couple with loose connections.
We decided to wait and see of step 2 fixed the problem. It did not. Ken & Kenny were back quickly after my call to proceed with
Step 3-Replace breaker --this worked. Did not have to use:
Step 4-Start checking wires.
These two are so easy to work with that I had them replace some additional outlets and old ceramic light fixtures on their 2nd trip.
