Jon and his team had already worked to construct a covered area for my parent’s house and when we loved it and wanted to do something similar he was able to execute on that vision and make it unique so much so that it looks like it was originally part of the house with the same attention to detail for the architecture of our house. Jon is extremely busy so we feel fortunate we were able to get fit into his schedule.

He and his team (Anthony and Joshua) are so thoughtful with their attention to detail and he was able to not only complete the project on time but also within budget. (We did get a competitive quote with a different option which aesthetically not as beautiful as what he and his team constructed nor similar to our house style but for the same budget). He has an eye for how things are supposed to fit together and complement each other from the beams and some being painted and finished with trim , to demoing out concrete we had and then putting in new one giving driveway space to back, to how he laid the decking (with a border), and suggestions for covering underneath.

As a family we are so grateful for this space that he created adding so much joy for us and our pets—we wish we had done this sooner! If we have another major project we undertake we now know who to call.“

“An enthusiastic five stars A++. From the first time we met the owner, Greg, to the very end of the project it’s been an incredible experience, which is a weird thing to say about renovation work! The estimate was very competitive and if anything changed, Greg was really transparent. His communication throughout the six month excavation of our basement (2’ of dirt, more in the crawl space, and redoing our entire foundation) was excellent. He answered every single one of my questions quickly and in terms I could understand. And I cannot say enough good things about the crew led by Barry and assisted by Lamonte. They are incredibly detail oriented, tidy, organized, friendly, and creative with their problem-solving. Anytime there were extra trucks or noise, Barry went and notified every neighbor on the street who also got to know him. There wasn’t a problem that Barry couldn’t solve. Communication, quality of work, dedication to schedule, realistic commitments, pricing transparency, flexibility, workmanship, advice, selection and management of subcontractors, planning, coordination with external design consultants... everything is 5 stars. “In April of last year, I moved from Kent to Bremerton. I had used Wheeler Painting for about 10 years in Kent. They were fantastic. At the one year warranty inspection of this new build, the inspector identified that the builder—Richmond American Homes—had only put one coat of wrong formulation paint on the house. Additionally, they used flat paint in the three bathrooms. Yes, flat paint! You could still see the wood of the soffits. A neighbor said his daughter ran her hand down the side of their house and paint came off all over her little hands! So…I emailed Michele to seek her help. Mind you they are at best an hour away. Traffic can extend that by 30 minutes! First she sent out Bill who measures and looks at the areas to be painted. (I thoroughly enjoy his visits—kinda’ like a family visit). Then she sent a team of three out here who did a BEAUTIFUL job! 2 coats. They were very professional as all of her staff have been over the years. Their attention to detail was impeccable.
