“It was extremely difficult to make an apt to be seen. I called many times and each time I was told that someone would call me back. It took weeks for this to happen.But I was seen here today and found the nurse and doctor to be very pleasant. So I'm changing this from a poor review (where I complained about phone service) to this favorable review. I really appreciated everyone I encountered in this office. The nurse and doctor were warm, caring and excellent listeners. I really appreciated the service that I received. The nurse was a warm as any I've ever seen. It's obvious that she cares a great deal for her patient!But making that appointment was EXTREMELY difficult. I called many times and many times I was promised that someone would call me back, but it took weeks for this to actually happen.“

“They operated on my son - A septoplasty without a proper consultation providing information regarding the surgery. Now after the surgery, my son is suffering from what might be empty nose syndrome. My son was told 6 days to go back to work and he is suffocating 6 weeks on. Please never use this business, get a second opinion. They are rude top bottom. Be very careful.“

“Brandon Croft set up my hearing aids via the computer program. He asked me a few times if I noticed any difference. I always said yes a little. As it turns out, one of the aids is inactive. No fault of his. For a charge of $400, I thought was a little excessive. However, if needed, I would return.“
