Brandon Croft set up my hearing aids via the computer program. He asked me a few times if I noticed any difference. I always said yes a little. As it turns out, one of the aids is inactive. No fault of his. For a charge of $400, I thought was a little excessive. However, if needed, I would return.

I got my hearing aids at My Hearing Center and I wish I had gotten them sooner. My hearing specialist was great, very thorough and matched me up to a great pair hearing aids and made all the adjustment to match my needs. Their after service was wonderful, I went in once because my right side stopped working. They took it and cleaned it and now it works amazingly well. They offer me a 2 year free interest finance contract which I took advantage of. I was very adamant about only doing the 2 year free interest. Well their fiance company set me up for faillure and it cost me another $1000 more for my hearing aids. I made every auto payment on time, including the last payment.But...read full review

It was good. I don't like the door open when we are talking and everyone on the waiting room hears you. It was explained well. Someone walked in a I felt rushed. He said it was a walk in but still felt rushed.
