Lewiston VA Clinic

Nothing but nightmares with the VA. I’ve called dozens of numbers from their website. Everything is automated, if you get an actual human they usually have a very thick accent, are hard to understand, and they just transfer you to another automated system.

This clinic is hands down THE BEST VA experience I’ve ever had.

The lady’s at check in were extremely helpful, caring, upbeat and fun. I met with veteran advocate Tony. He was amazing, took care of my issues with billing like a breeze, absolutely painless. It was extremely difficult to make an apt to be seen. I called many times and each time I was told that someone would call me back. It took weeks for this to happen.But I was seen here today and found the nurse and doctor to be very pleasant. So I'm changing this from a poor review (where I complained about phone service) to this favorable review. I really appreciated everyone I encountered in this office. The nurse and doctor were warm, caring and excellent listeners. I really appreciated the service that I received. The nurse was a warm as any I've ever seen. It's obvious that she cares a great deal for her patient!But making that appointment was EXTREMELY difficult. I called many times and many times I was promised that someone would call me back, but it took weeks for this to actually happen.
