They operated on my son - A septoplasty without a proper consultation providing information regarding the surgery. Now after the surgery, my son is suffering from what might be empty nose syndrome. My son was told 6 days to go back to work and he is suffocating 6 weeks on. Please never use this business, get a second opinion. They are rude top bottom. Be very careful.

I was charged a fee when no service was provided. I called to talk to billing. They were extremely rude and held me hostage on making a payment or I can not make a appointmen and that they were the only place in town. I recommend going to Moscow or Pullman and not going to the Lewiston location or finding another business.
