The people at this facility are so kind and helpful. I am a single father of 2 boys and they all have gone over and beyond to make us feel herd and helped. We are so blessed by the chas staff. Thank you

Extremely unorganized, the front desk ladies were great but Dr. Spener didn't know why I was there. I told him I couldn't take any anti depressants because of a thyroid issue which was the reason for my visit. He walks into the room and says " you're here for anxiety?" And then insists on prescribing and anti depressant. He didn't listen to me at all and didn't even look at my chart to see why I was visiting. For some reason no one in the office wants to give him this feedback so I'm leaving it in a review. The number one skill a pcp should have is active listening. Very disappointed with my experience at this Chaz in particular. I had great experiences in spokane.

They're not perfect not by any means but for those who are under-insured etc. and who need an affordable option or those on state or federal medicaid this is a great option for a doctor's visit. If only the state and feds would add in chiropractic and eye care to the mix on top of dental and medical basic family care type it'd be wonderful. Not sure why some are bashing this place sure they mainly provide more for their actual patients/clients than just a walk in but you could have gone in one day, filled out the paper work and become one of their patients and then gotten your test sheesh. Attitude much, complain much?
