“Nothing but nightmares with the VA. I’ve called dozens of numbers from their website. Everything is automated, if you get an actual human they usually have a very thick accent, are hard to understand, and they just transfer you to another automated system.

The lady’s at check in were extremely helpful, caring, upbeat and fun. I met with veteran advocate Tony. He was amazing, took care of my issues with billing like a breeze, absolutely painless. I’m still in shock how well they all helped me out. I now have Tony’s direct line. No more waiting on hold or being transferred, he’s my go to guy now. So thankful for that. I had no idea there could be something this great associated with the VA.
