“Special shout out to Kara Keating and her Yogatone class. I call it a sneaky workout because you don’t realize how hard you are working and how much you are sweating because it’s so fun! I feel awesome afterwards…refreshed, strong, flexible, relaxed. Highly recommend this amazing workout with this amazing instructor!!”
“Consider taking this class if you’re looking to sweat, feel some heat and experience a good challenge!”
