“Old system removed and new one installed in seven hours. Larger gutters and downspouts should be handle heavy run offs much better and the lower downspout clean out minimize gutter maintenance and minimize my ladder time.
Dan did a good job of explaining the merits of the system and his friendly installation crew explained the installation process and performed it to a tee. Very good company to work with.“

“We contacted Dan to remove a layer of lava rock from a rather large area behind our home and to clear some blackberries and brush that had accumulated in a couple of areas. He gave us his estimate and was out in less than a week to get the job done. He was thorough, efficient, had all of his own equipment, and had the area completely cleared of that rock and all the debris in quick order. It was a relatively big job in our eyes, but he got it done very quickly. He checked in a couple of times to confirm our preferences in a couple of areas and had transformed the area by the time he had finished. Second, they devised and executed a solution for a gutter problem that was part of poor roof/gutter design when the house was built in 2006. “Cuco and his son, Kevyn at C&C roofing, did an awesome job replacing my leaking skylights. They were great about working with windows my wife and I purchased. As a former construction worker I know that marking up material cost can be an avenue for profit, but Kevyn had no problems working with our sourced materials and gave a good quote for labor. The windows were done in 4hrs by two workers, with Kevyn and his father stopping by to supervise/help multiple times. They obviously cared that a good job was done and took pride in their work. I really appreciated all the pictures they took of the process from start to finish, documenting a job well done. This is the third roofing company I've done business with in the last 5 years and the one I will be contacting the next time I need help.“
